Refund policy

At Off Beads, every piece is made with intention and a whole lot of detail. Since many of our designs are handcrafted, slight variations may occur — we like to think of them as part of the charm, not flaws.

If you ever need help, you can reach us via Email / WhatsApp / Instagram. We usually respond within 24–48 business hours.


Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

We don’t offer refunds once an order is placed (we promise it’s worth it though).
However, we do offer exchanges or store credit in certain cases.


Not Loving It? Here’s What You Can Do

Changed your mind? It happens.

  • You can request an exchange or store credit within 3 days of delivery
  • The product must be shipped back to us within 7 days (shipping to be handled by you)
  • If you’d like us to arrange a pickup, a ₹150 fee will apply

Once we receive the piece and it passes a quick quality check:

  • You’ll receive a store credit (valid for 3 months)
  • Shipping charges will be deducted

To initiate this, drop us an email at offbeadss@gmail.com with:

  • Your order ID
  • Reason for request

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something’s not right, we’ve got you.

We’ll offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged (Make sure to record an unboxing video)
  • You receive the wrong product

Just make sure to:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share a clear unboxing video (this helps us sort things faster)

If you’d like us to arrange a pickup, a ₹150 fee will apply.


Sale Items

Pieces bought during sales or special drops are not eligible for return or exchange — unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.


A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted
  • Earrings may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
  • Slight color differences can happen due to screens + lighting
  • Credit notes can’t be used on sale items

No Return / Refund Cases

We won’t be able to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Pre-orders
  • Used items
  • Incorrect shipping details
  • Failed delivery attempts

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can’t be cancelled once placed
  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled
  • If a cancellation is approved before dispatch, you’ll receive a store credit
